It was major groceries stores including a Walmart Supercenter and a few restaurants. It also has close proximity to the Lethbridge Industrial area, which many find convenient for work. Overall, the North area of Lethbridge is a fantastic place to live and is well-suited for those who enjoy an active lifestyle and appreciate the beauty of nature.

The average price point for homes in the South area is typically slightly higher than for an equivalent house on the North and West sides of town. Often referred to as “The South Side Tax”. This is because the South Side is typically the most sought-after area. Popular neighbourhoods in this area include London Road, Lakeview, and Fairmont, Tudor Estate. These neighbourhoods offer a mix of historic and modern homes making them ideal for young professionals, families, and retirees.
Some of the popular amenities in the South area include Lethbridge College, which offers a variety of academic programs and recreational activities, and the Enmax Centre, which hosts sports and entertainment events throughout the year. Most of Lethbridge’s shopping is located on the South side including Parkplace Mall, Costco and all of the big box chains. This has been the fastest expanding area of Lethbridge and the amenities are expanding along side. There are also numerous parks and green spaces in the West area, including Nicholas Sheran Park, which has a lake for fishing and boating, and a disc golf course. Overall, the West area of Lethbridge is an excellent place to live and is well-suited for those who want to enjoy tranquillity, natural beauty, and modern amenities.
