If you are a business owner looking to grow, you will be located next to 9 other businesses that create a hub and draw traffic. The neighborhood is densely populated and has a huge amount of foot traffic. There are no current commercial spaces on the west side available to OWN and the lease opportunities are expensive!
As for the residential space, they offer the ability to be a very desirable rental or even and Short Term Rental. AirBNB opportunities are rare as most condominiums do not allow short-term rentals. These units are NOT a condo and therefore save you condo fees and allow short-term rentals.
